Content Creation

Through a web-based back-office, the solution supports the creation of text-based and multimedia content, either by direct input and upload through standard formats, or by integration with multiple content sources. mBPM^TM MCM can be connected to Content Management Systems or Web Portals using standard technologies like webservices and RSS, providing a simple, fast and effective way of extending them to a multi-channel environment and allowing access from any mobile or fixed device.

Content Management

The content available in mBPM^TM MCM can be manually or automatically filtered and formatted for each channel. This capability makes it extremely easy to control the look&feel of each channel, as well as the amount of information available to the consumer through each specific device. This, and from a single back-office, its possible to have full control over this multi-portal environment, avoiding the usual lack of consistency between Web and Mobile Portals.

Content Distribution

Content available through mBPM MCM can be accessed either purely online, or in an offline environment. Online access is available to any Web, XHTML or WAP compatible device. Offline access to data is accomplished through MORE Smart Channels available for Microsoft Mobile, Java Mobile or Blackberry devices. The offline capabilities of mBPM^TM MCM avoid the repetitive download of static or long-lived information, storing it locally in the device and synchronizing only when the content is updated.
