Lisbon, Portugal and Tallinn, Estonia: TEKEVER, Europe's leading provider of AI-driven autonomous systems, and Threod Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems and defence technologies, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for long-term cooperation and the development of strategic partnership opportunities.
The agreement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Europe's sovereign manufacturing capabilities through collaboration, innovation, and the development of advanced autonomous technologies. Under the MoU, the two companies will identify areas of mutual interest and evaluate opportunities to combine their respective expertise, technologies, and operational experience to address emerging defence and security requirements.

Threod Systems brings extensive experience in the design, development and manufacture of unmanned aerial systems, payloads, and mission-critical technologies with a global customer base.
The MoU establishes a foundation for deeper cooperation across a range of potential initiatives, including technology development, operational capability enhancement, market opportunities and future joint programmes.
