Agile Coach/Scrum Master - TEKEVER UAS

We're looking for an Agile Coach who'll be working directly with our Product Development and R&D team.

Responsibilities

  • Make 6-10 functional teams work towards the same goal
  • Coach the internal stakeholders, board and teams
  • Help facilitate main events
  • Build a strategy with the internal stakeholders to adopt agile cross products
  • Help and support the roadmap for several products and build visibility for every part of the company
  • Use your product development experience to coach and support Product Managers in communication and stakeholder management
  • Observe and improve the group’s current way of working and support them in their continuous improvement
  • Support and coach the Innovation Department to adopt agile ways of work
  • Be an advocate for change and guide teams through organizational change
  • Help enact an empirical approach for complex work
  • Provide hands-on support to engineering teams in adopting an agile mindset and practices with a focus on growing capabilities in the teams
  • Analyze the benefits of multiple agile approaches and suggest and help teams adopt as appropriate

 

Requirements

  • Relevant Agile Coaching experience, mastering one or several agile frameworks (plus: scale agile frameworks)
  • +3 years of experience with Agile
  • +3 years of professional experience
  • Experience effectively mentoring teams and individuals in teamwork skills and in application of agile principles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced engineering driven culture and feel comfortable with conversations about technology and long-term technical strategies
  • Willing to experiment, fail and innovate in finding how to effectively work together
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English
