Munich, Germany: TEKEVER, Europe's leading provider of AI-driven autonomous systems, today announced the launch of TEKEVER Germany, marking a significant step in the company's continued expansion across Europe and reinforcing its long-term commitment to the German defence, security, and industrial sectors.
The launch follows TEKEVER's landmark $580 million Series D funding round, at a valuation of $6.4 billion, providing further momentum for the company's investment in advanced autonomy capabilities.
Germany represents a strategically important market for TEKEVER, which is already working with the Bundeswehr to explore the future of autonomous operations across a broad range of mission sets, including logistics and force support. As part of its ongoing evaluation of next-generation autonomous capabilities, the Bundeswehr has taken delivery of its first TEKEVER uncrewed aerial system. The heavy-lift platform will provide a basis for assessing the operational advantages of long-endurance autonomous capabilities and help inform future concepts of operation in increasingly complex mission environments.
Headquartered in Munich, TEKEVER Germany will serve as the company's HQ in the DACH region, bringing together engineering, business development and customer engagement capabilities while supporting long-term collaboration with German industrial, research and technology partners.
On the launch of TEKEVER Germany, Ricardo Mendes, TEKEVER, CEO, said: "TEKEVER Germany represents an important milestone in our European growth strategy and reflects our long-term commitment to Germany.
"Germany is one of Europe's foremost centres of engineering excellence, innovation and industrial capability. By establishing TEKEVER Germany, we are creating a long-term foundation for regional growth, collaboration and investment.
"Our collaboration with the Bundeswehr has already demonstrated the value advanced autonomy can bring across multiple mission areas, including logistics and force support. By combining Germany's engineering talent and industrial strength with our autonomous technology, we can help strengthen both Germany's technological capabilities and Europe's strategic autonomy."
TEKEVER Germany forms part of TEKEVER's broader strategy to establish strong national operations in key European markets, complementing its existing presence in Portugal, the United Kingdom, France, Ukraine and Estonia. Through local investment, engineering capabilities and long-term industrial partnerships, TEKEVER is building a pan-European autonomy ecosystem capable of supporting defence, security and critical infrastructure missions for Europe and its allies.
